ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
What is the Exchange policy on StyleByVedant?
As a company policy, we do not provide refunds/returns on any product once sold. Once the StyleByVedant pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size if you receive the wrong size only (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met)
If the product is not from the sale section and is eligible for size exchange if you receive the wrong size only, you may write to us at help@stylebyvedant.com within 3 days to 72 hours working hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Make a video while opening the package (Full Unboxing Video showing both Sides Of the parcel and the Seal). Otherwise, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product without unboxing video proof.
Once acknowledged by the StyleByVedant team during the next working day, please return the product to us yourself; we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. StyleByVedant will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

1. Exchange can be done within three days from the date of delivery
2. Only unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for exchange.
3. Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel.
4. Please note that exchange is allowed once per order.
5. Sale selection products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will accept exchanges. Please make sure to record an unboxing video of the parcel as proof.
6. Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of store credit receipt.
7. The cost of shipping to & from (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
8. For all orders, You will get the refund in the same account from which you made the payment within 8 to 10 working days.
